• Complete your contact information (Quote Form) which should include your timing needs as well as the purpose of the financing.
   

• Complete property information - Fill out detailed property information, 3rd party report information and property cash flow. Submit the final Quote request form.
   

• Be sure to review the form before submission to insure accuracy. Print a copy for your records, and for future correspondence.
   

• A FedFirst Loan Originator will contact you within 24 hours, usually the same  day unless you specify otherwise, to qualify your financing needs and expedite your Loan request. 
   

• FedFirst will assist you with your loan request through the entire  process until your loan has closed.
